The rooms are beautiful and it's a beautiful place. There were times I walked in and there was poop on the floor and the staff was walking around and knew it was there but didn't clean it up. This was in 2019, so, I don't know if that thing has improved, but it was very poor at the time. ![]() They should have better staffing and better training. ![]() No staff would ever come to answer the door. I had to wait, and I had to call my sister-in-law and have her come over because she had a passcode to get in. Poop is on the floor and nobody answered the door ever. They have very poor staff and most of the staff left because it was very poorly run. It was beautiful on the outside, but had no substance. That was the first place that we took him to and he was one of the first residents there in their new facility. Sue My brother-in-law was a resident of Autumn Leaves of Franklin.
